Pesce al cartoccio

White flash seasonal fish, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, capers, herbs and spices cook in a traditional wood fired oven.

Salad ǁ Rockets, walnuts herb and chive, tossed in extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rock salt and crack pepper.
